Do your products melt in the heat?
Yes — because we use natural oils and butters, products may soften or melt in warm temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use clean, dry hands and keep lids tightly closed to keep products fresh.
How long do your products last?
When stored properly, most products last 6–12 months. Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives, keeping water out and storing properly helps extend shelf life.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with simple, carefully chosen ingredients and are generally well-suited for sensitive skin. However, everyone is different — we recommend reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before full use.
What makes tallow different?
Tallow is rich in fatty acids and vitamins that closely resemble the skin’s natural oils. This makes it especially effective for deep moisture and supporting the skin barrier.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Some products are fragrance-free, while others are lightly scented with essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrance.

Do you offer heat-protective shipping?
Yes — during warmer months, optionalheat-protective packaging is available at checkout. While it helps reduce the risk of melting, it cannot guarantee product condition due to shipping conditions outside our control.
